THE PROCESS

A meaningful journey

We know that the interviewing process requires a considerable amount of time and energy. For this reason, our recruiting process has been designed to offer a quick and meaningful experience to the people we meet.

Application

You can find all our open roles here and search by location, business unit or keywords. Once you complete your application, our recruitment team will review it and If your cv matches the open position, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a 1st round online interview via Microsoft Teams to meet you. Please remember that If your first application was not successful, it is more a matter of timing, rather than a reflection of your qualifications and skills. Don’t let that stop you from applying to other roles in the future.

1st round interview

This is a 45’ behavior-based conversation where you will have the opportunity to meet a member of the Talent Acquisition team and briefly talk about you, your skills, and the role. You will get an in-depth view about the organization and envision how you would fit into our existing workplace culture. We will also be happy to answer any questions you might have for us.

Assessment

Depending on the position you may be assigned to complete an online assessment [Bryq] or case study.

2nd round interview with hiring managers

If you are successful with the 1st interview you will be asked to have a 60’ 2nd round interview with the hiring team responsible for the role. This is a technical interview with your future leader to further communicate the day-to-day activities and challenges of the role and to examine how your qualifications and experience match the position.

Final interview

If you are successful with the 2nd round interview you will be asked to have a 60’ final interview to ensure that we are a great fit for each other.

Job offer

If you are considered the top candidate for the position we will do our best to let you know by phone with a verbal offer at our earliest convenience. An email will follow with the official offer which you will be asked to sign and return to us so that we can start your on-boarding process. In case you need further discussions before you make your decision, we would be happy to answer all your questions.

On-boarding

To make your on-boarding as smooth as possible, we will provide all the necessary materials and information you need to start your journey with us. When you join Qualco, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of programs and events, network with your colleagues and set up the milestones for your new role.
